Absolutely love this Jimmy Johns crew. By far my favorite store. I noticed a lot of reviews left by customers complaining but I eat inside often and I see first hand how hard this crew works trying to get the customers orders to them on time. It has to be hard servicing the entire area of Sandy Springs when everyone is hungry all at the same time. This is by far once of the best run Jimmy Johns I’ve visited.
Fast service, good food, friendly staff
I work at one of the hospitals nearby and frequently order. Food is always super fresh and tastes great. I believe it’s Brad that usually drops my food off and always a+++++ service, extremely fast and very friendly.

Jimmy John's is a reliable spot for a quick and delicious bite. The friendly staff, including the owner, provide excellent service that can brighten up your day. Brandon, an employee there, has been noted for his great customer service, helping to resolve issues and improve the overall experience. Their sandwiches, such as the Original #6 and the Beach Club, are popular choices, and kids love the Little Johns. Many customers have found the food to be good, with delivery being acceptable, though not always "freaky fast." While parking can be a challenge during lunch, the restaurant offers more space in the rear, and the clean, well-maintained store adds to the positive atmosphere.
