I WILL NOT go back to this location! I purchased a giant Italian sandwich from here only to get home…15 minutes away to discover it had no oil and vinegar. I drove all the way back to ask Joshua to remake the sandwich and he refused. He would only offer me oil and vinegar on the side because my “sandwich was made correctly”… which clearly it wasn’t. I asked him if out of goodwill and the right thing to do for the customer didn’t he think he should remake the sandwich. He refused and told me he was doing the right thing by offering oil and vinegar on the side. Then some girl who claimed to work there, who was not there at the time of the original order proceeds to try to put her two cents in. She was dressed in high cut booty shorts, a wig, and dark shades. Why was she behind the counter and trying to interject, (because clearly she was not dressed appropriately for work)?I let her know that she was not there so she didn’t know what went on. Joshua does not value good customer service and lacks professionalism. I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Signed a long time and former customer!

I was feeling depressed and down in the dumps when I walked in. But the skinny guy that took my order I think his name was Hayden cheered me up by being kind and the next thing I knew the whole crew had me laughing and even I believe the owner was there named Travis was so kind. The food was fantastic and super fast. I went in depressed and left with a pep in my step loving life again. Will definitely be back. Great crew. Great food.

The store manager Mitchell is ridiculously rude and disrespectful. I called to discuss an order that was messed up yesterday and he cut me off after every word. He never once apologized for the mistake. I asked for the corporate number, he told me to look it up online. I asked for their store number, and he also refused to give me that stating that “they were very busy and he doesn’t have time for that.” Mitchell is trash and should be fired. I have time to escalate this and plan to escalate it to the fullest capacity!

Update: Almost a month later and a ton of back and forth with this store, I finally got my refund, but I had to call the 866 customer service number to get that done. The person I spoke to said that they had never issued a refund at the store level, so I was repeatedly told false information. Very disappointed with this whole experience, and I can tell the manager of this store does not put much energy towards these issues.

I ordered a Big John for delivery to the surgical center I was working at for lunch. Delivery was great, but the sandwich was missing the roast beef. I called the store to let them know and took a picture to send to the driver. The driver apologized and re-submitted the order. I received two more phone calls from the store after that because the manager, Omar, wanted me to return half of the sandwich that had no meat then he wanted me to return the whole sandwich. This wasn’t a problem because I wasn’t going to eat it, but very weird and bad customer service. The unnecessary phone calls demanding I return the sandwich they messed up interrupted my work flow. I ended up not having time to eat lunch.
