Mickey was filling in today and had the most amazing service. She was kind, and patient despite being the only staff member here. She managed multiple orders with grace, and made sure the food was prepared.
Used to go to the Northlake location and it was so bad I stopped going. Gave this place a shot and it’s so much better. Dude in there was super nice, really fast, great quality. Hope it maintains!
I want to recognize the gentleman who was working in the store today. He was completely on his own, handling an overwhelming number of orders without any help, yet he remained professional, calm, and hardworking the entire time.
I came in to pick up my online order, and despite how busy and overloaded he clearly was, he never once complained or showed frustration. He just kept working through everything with a great attitude and excellent customer service.
