I ordered online for delivery. Waited 30 minutes past when it should have been delivered. Checked online and it said order had been completed, but I hadn’t received the order yet, so I called. They said someone had tried to call me (they did not - no missed call, no voicemail, nothing) to let me know they didn’t have a delivery driver and they canceled my order. Seriously?!? Just cancel my order with zero communication? Even if they did try to call and it went to voicemail you can’t even leave a voicemail?

Why do you put yourselves on Uber eats and other delivery sites (like your own freaking app) when you never have delivery drivers?! If I go through Uber eats I have to wait until after my food is supposed to come, it doesn’t arrive so I call, you tell me you never had delivery drivers to start with and it’s my job to cancel it. All of this an hour after I ordered. This happens 2/3 of the time I order from you guys. Sucks, and get your stuff together.

I only ran in to grab an online order. However, the place was clean and fresh. My order was ready and waiting. The gentleman I passed going into the store greeted me. My sandwich The Vito was delicious.

Everytime visiting Jimmy John’s my favorite is the chicken salad wraps my favorite of all!
The food is always good. This time the service was not. I ordered a sandwich online along with a lemonade. It was a pick up order and no drink was provided there compensate for my lemonade I did not receive. I called and was advised I would get a credit for the drink I did not receive. In sorry sir a credit. Thanks I will not be ordering from this facility ever!!!

Love a Jimmy John's moment, but not when you see the whole staff smoking a blunt outside, come back in & make the sangwiches with no washing hands. So embarrassing! Smoke at home angels. No pickles this day :( but the Thai wrap is good.

Online it says they close at 9pm and when I went at 8:20pm on Friday June 23,2023 it was closed. I seen the staff cleaning up but no service.

Stopped in around 3pm and ordered three subs and drinks all went well on the order. We sat down with our drinks. There were four people working when we walked in. Young lady calls out our subs are ready within a few minutes and proceeded to tell us we have to leave and can't eat inside as she was now by herself? No outside seating, so we have to take our drinks with no lids, straws, nor napkins or a bag and then have to go sit in out car in the parking lot.... No outside seating here. So then the TWO employees who are there come out in front of the building and smoke a cigarette and look at us eating in our car. Not the best look.

Stay away from this place! Girlfriend and I went one day and the 2 people on staff were incoherent and it was clear they were on drugs. When walking in, another customer stated to us, "good luck!". We ordered in advance and the staff was incredibly rude and threw our order on the ground. We were confused and were leaving. The female staff member proceeded to try and fight us after cursing us out.
