“I had the best customer service experience in a very long time. I ordered online for delivery. After a hour and a half of waiting I called the store spoke to Mikel and asked if I could just pick the pizza up myself. He gave a sincere apology and just made it right with me and I appreciate it he was super kind and understood my frustration. After arriving to the store Mikel greeted me with a smile and had some fresh pizzas in the oven for me. When arriving to the store it seemed to be understaffed. Which made me appreciate the interaction more because I can understand how stressful things can get when short staffed. This will be my go to Pizza Hut going forward and thank you again Mikel you deserve a raise. -Alia Gray“
“Recently ordered delivery for Lunch from the Marietta location. My Co-worker and I highly enjoyed our meals. The pizza, pasta, and cheese sticks were hot and delicious. The pizza, although a personal pan, was piled high with toppings and made exactly how I requested on my order. Will definitely order from here again.“
“This Pizza Hut location is the most underated place I've EVER seen or been to. Everything is made to order, despite being 2 years old the store is brand new. For some reason the managers can't find cooks or drivers that CARE about their jobs, so literally they do everything. So GO HERE the food is awesome. DON'T ORDER IT ON-LINE (as it is misleading) CALL THE STORE (be a normal human being) and if they can't deliver it to you, (Josh and Sean need a day off too!) Then go pick it up, it's well worth it I swear!!! And get the cinibon minis they are to die for!!!! I promise it's awesome!!!! I ate a whole medium pizza with pepperoni, ? mushrooms, meatballs, and extra cheese in the parking lot. So I had to go back and get another, they were both absolute perfection!!! I usually keep these descriptions short and to the point. But I talked with the folks here and really you just have to go their and see and eat for yourself. Also on a side note they need drivers and cooks!!! I literally thought about delivery but I already own a business that keeps me busy 30 hours a day (joke)“
“The two ladies that were working tonight (August 6th 2023 @ 4:30) did amazing. This is the best pizza I have gotten in years from this location. It was hot, fresh and taste great. It was ready on time. In fact came out of the oven as we walked in. The toppings were correct and both employees were wearing gloves. Whoever these ladies are please keep them there. The guy that was usually there wasn't doing the job and didn't care. I have gotten so much garbage from this place we weren't going to eat there anymore but decided to try it one more time. I'm happy we did because it was great. I'm sorry I don't know the two ladies names but Thank you and you guys did a great job. ?“
“Absolutely delicious, every single time. I've been ordering from here for over 10 years when they were across the street. I've always been impressed. Always do the thin crust! This time tried the large New York style and the crust was amazing. The price was incredible too!“
