“I don’t know the young lady’s name from my order yesterday, 11/25/2025, but she did AWESOME!!! I ordered yearly in the morning as soon as they opened up, which is at 10am. She was very warm, professional, courteous and she made my food with a sense of urgency, and she was the only one there! Thank you to her….(my apologies I didn’t get your name or else I would have included it in this review) two thumbs up to you Ms. Lady 👍🏾👍🏾

“2 kids and I shared a large pizza while biking around the city. Frankly, I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Pizza had a nice crust, both crisp and chewy. Plenty of sauce that was not a sweet as usual and enough cheese to satisfy my kids as well. Will definitely go back again.“
“This is hands-down the best cheese pizza I've ever had. You order it and it's extra cheesy and it melts in your mouth.I've generally not been a fan of Pizza Hut because I never seem to get very good tasting pizza but this place is definitely the exception and a place I will definitely be returning to because it's amazingly tasty

“Customer service is always on point and the staff is always friendly to me. Thanks . The staff works hard and they deserve working AC I was told it doesn’t work and we have to get fixed for the staff to be happy and comfortable I’m hot working condition. I manager I store and it sucks to have to be in this heat with ovens. Dee that works in store is always ok point when I come in I just thought management should know about these good and also fixable conditions. I have a good AC guy that comes to Edible Arrangements feel free to reach out if u need somebody honest and going to get the job done right for you.“

“Just had lunch at the buffet for the first time since the pandemic, and it was as good as I remember!
Our server was amazing and very helpful.
The selection of pizzas was good and the pasta was delicious as well!

“The same thing happened to us where we ordered through the website, but our food was delivered through DoorDash. (We weren’t aware this was going to happen.) Got a text to meet the dasher outside, but they never arrived. Then we received another message saying it had been hand delivered. They also never answered the phone when called.
We called the store and they were very helpful and offered to remake the order. They told us it would be delivered through DoorDash again, but we opted to do pick up instead.
So I would recommend this location, it’s always been really fresh and a consistent quality, but maybe for pickup only now.“
“This was my very first time having such a great experience from start to finish at this cascade location I came on 6/18/26 at night around 9pm and the Assistant Manager Ms. Sherry was simply awesome great customer service and she knew her job well and I love the way she communicated and treated her staff as well I never had such a great pizza experience in my life! I hope the company use Ms. Sherry as an example for training and running a great location with a smile and great customer service from start to finish ever her phone tone was great. “Not sure who the light skinned guy with the tattoo on his neck is but I sat here (time stamp now). As he yelled and screamed at a lady on the clock. Berated her then berated me and kicked me out of the store after waiting for 20 minutes for my food. Yall need to do better hiring. He’s rude and has no self control.
Update: I spoke with a Manager named Oasis who really made me feel better. She’s a sport, and very understanding.“

“I did not know Pizza Hut has a Specialty boxed meal for one that includes a a personal pan pizza, a side of wings, (or fries) and a 20oz for UNDER $10!! (Price is for bone-in wings is extra).
But I came here to address the excellent service I received at this particular location. My food was fresh and perfectly made and ready pretty quick. The Team Members were communicating well with each other and the customers. I was very impressed by how clean the store was also. When I visit a restaurant, that is the FIRST thing I look for. The manager on duty seemed to be enjoying his job that day and the other team members were cheerful, productive, polite, and professional. I definitely recommend this joint and I myself will be returning soon.
