Pizza Hut in Atlanta

“Walked in, no other customers inside, no one was at the front, that was ok as I know how that can be however the cook made full eye contact with me & just continued making the pizza…if you’ve been in this location you know its super small, (so that you have an idea as to how close he was)…no welcome in, no hello, no someone will be right there, just standing at the register for 2-3 minutes awkwardly. I just have a thing about poor customer service. No complaints about the pizza itself.“

You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and making sure everything is handled the right way. His customer service really stood out to me, and I truly appreciate the way he treated me. “I don’t know the young lady’s name from my order yesterday, 11/25/2025, but she did AWESOME!!! I ordered yearly in the morning as soon as they opened up, which is at 10am. She was very warm, professional, courteous and she made my food with a sense of urgency, and she was the only one there! Thank you to her….(my apologies I didn’t get your name or else I would have included it in this review) two thumbs up to you Ms. Lady 👍🏾👍🏾

“This was my very first time having such a great experience from start to finish at this cascade location I came on 6/18/26 at night around 9pm and the Assistant Manager Ms. Sherry was simply awesome great customer service and she knew her job well and I love the way she communicated and treated her staff as well I never had such a great pizza experience in my life! I hope the company use Ms. Sherry as an example for training and running a great location with a smile and great customer service from start to finish ever her phone tone was great. “This is hands-down the best cheese pizza I've ever had. You order it and it's extra cheesy and it melts in your mouth.I've generally not been a fan of Pizza Hut because I never seem to get very good tasting pizza but this place is definitely the exception and a place I will definitely be returning to because it's amazingly tasty

“2 kids and I shared a large pizza while biking around the city. Frankly, I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Pizza had a nice crust, both crisp and chewy. Plenty of sauce that was not a sweet as usual and enough cheese to satisfy my kids as well. Will definitely go back again.“

“Just had lunch at the buffet for the first time since the pandemic, and it was as good as I remember!

Our server was amazing and very helpful.

The selection of pizzas was good and the pasta was delicious as well!

“This Pizza Hut location is excellent. I placed an online order with specific instructions, and the staff took the time to call and confirm them. The pizza arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The quality and outstanding service here genuinely remind me of the Pizza Hut experience from my childhood. I will definitely order from this store again!“

“Not sure who the light skinned guy with the tattoo on his neck is but I sat here (time stamp now). As he yelled and screamed at a lady on the clock. Berated her then berated me and kicked me out of the store after waiting for 20 minutes for my food. Yall need to do better hiring. He’s rude and has no self control.

Update: I spoke with a Manager named Oasis who really made me feel better. She’s a sport, and very understanding.“

“I just left this Pizza Hut I had a pick up for Linda. ever time I visit this location it’s always a great experience, employee Larry always a vibe. Every time I come here. “The same thing happened to us where we ordered through the website, but our food was delivered through DoorDash. (We weren’t aware this was going to happen.) Got a text to meet the dasher outside, but they never arrived. Then we received another message saying it had been hand delivered. They also never answered the phone when called.
We called the store and they were very helpful and offered to remake the order. They told us it would be delivered through DoorDash again, but we opted to do pick up instead.
So I would recommend this location, it’s always been really fresh and a consistent quality, but maybe for pickup only now.“
