“I had a really good experience overall. My order was sent to my office fairly speedy and I forgot to put the suite number that I work out of and my driver called to confirm. A lot of drivers just drop off to random suites in our buildings from other food shops.“

“ThIs is for the Peachtree Road location. I don't know if there is one a Peachtree Street, but Google in Atlanta, there is a difference between Peachtree street and Peachtree road. I have looked at lists for the best pizza in Atlanta and driven at least an hour for this pizza, and it was not the best . However, this Pizza Hut is the best in Atlanta. It has the best pizza in Atlanta. It is awesome. I had planned on sushi in the hotel ick but they charged me 45 dollars for parking.“
“Please check your food before I leave from the store cuz sometimes they didn't have my pizza the way I wanted it it was dry and have enough sauce on it like you if you bite into the pizza it tastes like a piece of cardboard it wasn't cheesy and it was cold and I had to wear the extra 30 minutes for my food after driving 30 minutes to go pick it up because none of my stuff was ready“

“So I had a coupon for free pizza,and we were getting it at Pizza Hut and I gave it to the person who worked at the place. Then, they were cooking it so then we was waiting for the pizza (BTW i had cheese pizza) and my mom/guardian/parent said while we wait we can get some wings from Wingstop (thank you Wingstop) and then when the wings were done,the pizza was done!!!! “My only complaint is that they don't answer the phone. It's best to use the app because even the online order system wasn't working. Their call center is terrible unless you're placing an order. If you have any type of complications they will transfer you to the store and no one will answer. I sat on the phone for 8 minutes waiting for someone to pick up before I just hung up and walked down there.I order 30 pizzas for an office party and they made sure that everything was done on time. Ms. Ann and the manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.“
“I had a craving for pizza, so I pulled into the parking lot and walked into the small storeI was greeted with so much warmth and enthusiasm from the man and 2 women that it almost shocked me! That's very rare these days, unfortunately! But it felt really genuine!As I told the woman ringing me up what I wanted on my pan pizza, (marinara, cheese, chicken, bacon, pineapple, and red onion, with a barbeque drizzle on top, the man said that a less expensive way to get that pizza was to order a Hawaiian luau pizza with substitutions and then add the extra toppings. He then asked would I like jalapenos on the pizza as well?I said yes, that sounds really good!He said "I got you!" And went to the back to go make my pizzaWhen he was finished, he presented it like a live chef, with pride and a smileIt was beautiful and tasted even better!These 3 have guest service down to a tee!!And he went above and beyond to create the perfect pizza!!I left smiling! ?“
“So I have to give credit where it's do. The manager on duty was a true gentleman. He is having issues with door dash not delivering the customers orders. The reason we are not receiving our food fresh and on time is because they have to revamp their delivery process. I went to the location HANGRY and the staff was pleasant. I originally asked for a refund, but the calmness of the employees made me give them some grace and we were able to understand what has been going on with deliveries. I wish them all at this location many BLESSINGS and I pray they get rid of door dash asap. They replaced my order and the food was fresh and delicious. Thank you for great service in weird times!!!!!!“
“Giving them 5 stars because they are my favorite pizza place and I have gotten dozens of great pizzas from them.HOWEVER, tonight something went wrong. The pizza was so undercooked the crust was doughy and I couldn't even pick up a slice without it sliding and falling apart. Whatever happened tonight really can't happen again. It was so bad even my 2 year old didn't want to eat it.Please fix whatever went wrong tonight.“
