She was so welcoming, passionate about customers experience (which is a dying experience in society today). I was so very impressed. From the moment Emily spoke with me until correcting the problem she stayed dedicated to insuring I left satisfied and the issue was corrected. Exceptional customer service. Couldn't have been better. She called several times speaking with customer service to fix the issue while at the same time balancing servicing other customers. I love my experience with her.“
