“Ms. Sophie is an amazing store manager. The store is always clean, organized, and well taken care of. You can tell she really cares about her job and takes pride in keeping the store looking its best.

The best thing about this store is how she treats people. She makes everyone feel welcome, not just us. Every time we’re there, we see her being just as kind and helpful to other customers. That’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back to this location instead of any other. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Ms. Sophie truly sets the standard.“

“I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this location felt a bit disorganized, as if the team was still getting used to the routine. The food wasn’t as good as what we’re used to from other Panda locations, which was a little disappointing. Hopefully, with some improvement in coordination, it can match the quality we expect from the brand. I added five starts because we like the food. But the rest of the issue it is about to specific location, not Panda Express in general.“

Rebecca was SO nice and helpful while preparing my little bowl and her smile was so welcoming, something I don’t see too much there. Food was good too (usually is).
