Panda Express in Kennesaw

“I went to this location during evening rush hour (i.e. just after 5pm). The staff were amazing and communicated effectively, and efficiently, to me. I had asked how long it would take for new Chow Mein to be dropped. To me, it just seemed like what was currently there was out for a bit. The gentleman told me about 7 minutes and that there was 1 cook currently but that they'll work on it. I had no issues with that since they provided the expectation. The gentleman then clarified before I sat down and waited that he actually was not sure of the time it would be but that they are working on it now. Again, great communication :). I had to end up waiting another 6 minutes after the initial 7 minutes for fresh teriyaki chicken. No worries on that as the team there communicated this to me. Also, the chef was definitely doing his thing in the kitchen! Best chow mein and teriyaki chicken i've ever gotten from a Panda Express. All in all, I appreciate the level of customer service provided during a busy time that this team provided and working well together. Kudos to them!“

“Mostly great quality chicken, occasionally a piece or two thats not but not very often. It taste great and has a wide variety however the rice isn't the most amazing but it is still quite good for fast food and the food comes a decent ammount for the price.“

“I stopped in for lunch around 11 a.m., and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. I’ve tried a few of the other locations, but this one really stands out when it comes to food quality and fast, efficient service. There was no wait to be served, the staff was friendly, and the entire restaurant was spotless. Parking was easy with plenty of available spaces. I ordered a combo meal with two main items—walnut shrimp and orange chicken—and spent less than $20. Great value for a satisfying lunch. I’ll definitely be back!“
