Panda Express is a popular Asian-inspired fast-casual restaurant that offers a variety of classic and innovative dishes. The restaurant is known for its friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, with one customer describing the manager as "so sweet and welcoming." However, recent experiences have been inconsistent, with some customers noting long wait times for certain menu items and issues with food quality, such as hard and clumped rice. Food quality can vary greatly; sometimes the food is fresh and has good variety, but other times it appears stale, not hot, and has limited selection. Portions are usually generous, and service is typically average. Customers have enjoyed dishes like orange chicken, which was perfectly balanced in flavor with just the right spice, and tender, flavorful teriyaki chicken. Despite occasional challenges, Panda Express remains a popular choice for many seeking a quick and satisfying meal.
