How refreshing was it for a young lady to see how important it was to make a customer happy said that they will be back.“
“We normally have a pretty good experience at Panda Express. However, lately they seem to focus more on drive through customs and delivery app customers than the customers which are standing right in front of them. This has really drug down their reputation and service. If they want to focus so much on these two aspects of business then they should hire extra staff to service this increasingly growing revenue stream. Not make the customers in their restaurant suffer.“
