McDonald's in Marietta

“I just went to the drive up, but my food came quickly and my egg McMuffin with bacon tasted delicious. It used to be that McDonald’s were top-notch, fast food restaurants, but some of them seem to have really decreased in customer service skills and being done in a timely fashion. This McDonald’s is still a good one.“

“I came in to McDonald’s with the girl I babysit because she loves it. I was greeted by a nice man named Jay who helped her decide which drink she wanted and helped out with getting a new toy! Overall the best experience I’ve ever had a McDonald’s!!“

I haven't seen service like this at McDonald's since before COVID“

“Went on a Tuesday night and it was surrounded by cops, the workers were all distracted and didn’t even give me my food right. The girls working were mad, being rude saying my food was in the bag which was clearly not and I was missing 3 drinks and a 10pc nugget . A guy named gio was very nice and helpful, he made sure I got everything I ordered“

“The young man that took our order was very friendly, and polite! He took our order very quickly. Our food was ready in a very short time, and the young man that took our order, brought our food to our table. This is a very clean restaurant. They have a very modern décor, and it is lit up very nicely.“

“One of the best McDonald’s I ever been to. I went through drive through and used the app. Alecia/Or Alicia took my order. She was professional and had great personality. You could really see her smile through the speaker. She even upsold me an item when I was placing my order. Angeles at next window was fast prompt and communicated.She smiled the whole Kitchen and restaurant seemed really clean. Kudos to this McDonald’s. This is how all McDonald’s should operate.“

“Typical McDonald's had to use kiosk, restrooms were locked had to ask someone behind counter to unlock them with a button kinda cool. I understand it being so close to the highway and Truist park a lot homless. Food was hot and it served it's purpose.“

“Just want to give the manager a shout out for professionally de-escalating a dispute with a customer who complained about no napkins in the restroom when there clearly was a working hand dryer. The small things are big this too. Salute to the brother who did a job well done 👍“

“Had a good breakfast experience at this McDonald's! The food was fresh, hot, and prepared just right. The service was quick and friendly. I also love using the McDonald's App because it makes ordering easy and usually has great deals and rewards. Great place to grab a quick breakfast when you’re on the go!“
