McDonald's in Smyrna

“We placed a large breakfast order online (10 people) and went to the store for pickup. I was fully prepared for a long wait but was pleasantly surprised to see our order being packed when we arrived. Staff made sure we were acknowledged upon arrival. The team worked well together to pack the order and made sure we had all our drinks and sugar-cream for the coffee. We quickly checked the order before leaving and everything was as expected. Keep up the good work!“

“I do door dash and wanted to compliment the efficiency and speed of the employees here
In particular, a young man named Jonathan.

I was having a door dash order, and I'm diabetic.
He showed concern, and even though I was having low blood sugar.
He was able to get me together with something so I didn't pass out

I plan on returning to this particular location to eat every third shift I can when.

This is an awesome example of how a McDonald's should be ran.
And I'm super grateful for this young man's concern.

Also, the door dashing orders I pick up are always ready!!!

“Came in on a Sunday night and ordered on the kiosk and our food came out super quickly. I was redeeming some free food and had to do separate orders and they came out before I could place the next one. The girl was really nice about it too even though I know it was a huge inconvenience for her.“
