McDonald's in Roswell

“I’m writing this review because I was very impressed with how smooth, fast, and accurate I witnessed how food was prepared and ready to go. The manager, Arely, REALLY impressed me. It was her demeanor I could feel and see throughout the entire store. She didn’t even have to say “hello” to me for me to see how she is the heart of this store. I noticed because I was waiting my turn to speak with an employee to exchange my milk for Honest Water (I made a mistake and chose milk when I ordered on the screen). She was working, moving, and paying attention to everything while maintaining the most calm and pleasant demeanor I’ve ever witnessed in a McDonald’s. Arely helped anyone who needed her attention, while still sharing a gentle smile to anyone in her eye sight (whether customers or employees). The way the staff remained in sync to keep orders moving with confidence, care, and respect. I go to McDonald’s ALL the time and this was the first time I’ve visited this location in years. I’m 36 and I remember this McDonald’s from childhood. I’ve worked in multiple restaurants throughout my lifetime and Arely doesn’t need to be a manager at a store, SHE NEEDS HER OWN STORE as the General Manager, or a DISTRICT/REGION! This is the type of manager you want to train other stores. I hope my feedback helps the company entirely because I guarantee she is what you need everywhere. The food came super fast during lunchtime the food was very fresh and hot! It came straight to our table with ease and kindness. The fountain drinks were great as well. I love a good fountain Coke when I’m eating fast food. Thank you for the amazing experience. The only downside was the PlayPlace needed cleaning but that could have easily been from the consistent traffic throughout the day so that doesn’t effect how I felt overall. The restroom, dining area, order screens, and drink area were clean. Thank you Arely and staff!!“

“I liked it a lot. I used the drive-through to buy ice cream for me and my friend. It costed below $3 and it was really efficient. It didn’t take two minutes to have get the ice cream and the staff were friendly. We really liked the ice cream. I recommend it to everyone.“

“This is the nicest McDonalds I’ve ever been too. Being inside a Walmart I was so skeptical- but ultimately I’m glad I went in. The whole restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was fresh.
More McDonald’s need to be run like this.“
