“I've eaten at a lot of McDonald's locations throughout Metro Atlanta, and this Cumming location on Old Atlanta Road is definitely one of the best. The service was fast, the restaurant was spotless, and even the bathrooms and windows were exceptionally clean. Manager Carlos provided outstanding customer service. He was welcoming, friendly, and made the experience even better. It's clear the team takes pride in this location. I highly recommend stopping here if you're looking for a great McDonald's experience.“
“So after my long drive, I finally got the Athens then I had to go head to Forsyth County To help my mom out stop by the McDonald’s met, and as soon as I walked in and let me just say that and one in 1 million very kind, genuine, and created a automatic atmosphere of familiarity and honestly just provided comfort as I walked in to enjoy the food with Angelica and she was so helpful. “A rare find for a McDs. The people were polite, the food came fast and it was hot! I went through the drive thru in record time. No problems, no ordeal, no waiting. I drove up, ordered, paid, got the food and left. Why can't every place be like that?“
“I received a raw and pink quarter pounder and was told it was safe because they cook their burgers to an FDA safe temperature that is checked multiple times per day and they don't want to refund me. I will post the photo of my burger with this review so I can show how unacceptable and raw this was. I am disgusted and all I want is my money back for something that I didn't even get to eat and they are basically gaslighting me that this is fully cooked and acceptable. for the prices of a quarter pounder with cheese I expect a uniform FULLY COOKED burger. I just want my money back Ronald!“
“My gosh McDonald's!! When I said I wanted a ranch wrap, I didn't want it drowning in ranch!! Did the ranch bottle explode or something?! The wrapper was soaked in ranch. Very messy but still tasted good. I think a majority of the ranch was on the wrapper instead of inside the wrap though. LOL Y'all always take good care of me when I drop in between my jobs on Thursday nights.“
