McDonald's in Norcross

“This McDonald’s is conveniently close to both my home and workplace. During the last Monopoly event, I actually scored quite a bit of free food. My favorite was definitely the Steak, Egg & Cheese Biscuit paired with a small coffee — the perfect combo to kick off a relaxing weekend. I even ended up getting a free lunch item, so the whole Monopoly run felt pretty rewarding.
The new Grinch Meal was another pleasant surprise. The pickle seasoning shaker fries were unexpectedly good — a tangy, salty flavor that made every fry fun to eat. It even came with a pair of socks; I got the green ones, and they’re pretty awesome.
The staff here are always friendly too. The girl at the counter was really cheerful and asked what I needed right away. Eating at this McDonald’s always feels easy and relaxing. I’m honestly looking forward to whatever new collaboration meal they release next!“

“I had to pull over just to commend how nice everyone I encountered was at this location. It’s easy to expect bad service, but that was not the experience here. The gentleman that took my order, and the 2 young ladies at the payment and pickup windows were all very sweet“

“It was McDonald's. You don't go there for the service. I wanted something quick to eat because my other meal plans fell through for my daughter and I. The fries and double cheeseburger were good. What I didn't expect was to pay almost $13 for 4 items. Two double cheeseburgers and two small fries. The price was outrageous in my opinion but it tasted good. Nice and hot.“

“I’ve had good experiences here. The staff has always been friendly, and if there’s ever been a mistake with my order, they’ve been quick to fix it without any issues.
What really stands out to me isn’t the employees, it’s the way some customers treat them. People seem to forget they’re ordering at a fast-food restaurant and expect perfection while being incredibly rude. If you can clearly see an employee helping another customer or handing out orders, please be patient instead of demanding to be helped immediately.
The employees are human beings doing their best, and they deserve to be treated with basic respect. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you to the staff for everything you do, and I hope more customers remember that respect costs nothing. Bless everyone.“

“Update: I went to their location today, and they resolved the issue with my order. The staff was helpful and had a great attitude.

I picked up my mobile order, but when I got home, I realized my drink didn’t have any milk. I tried calling the store, but no one answered the phone. Could you please let me know how this can be fixed? Thank you!“
