This McDonald's is "hit or miss" depending on the management and crew when you go there. When the crew is well-directed, the food is hot & fresh (like it should be), but you can definitely tell when management "slips" - Sometimes, your fries will come out unsalted or WAY over-salted, and you might even get a sandwich that has been waiting on the warmer too long...Service is typically friendly. I came for the coffee. On travel days, I prefer McDonald's coffee because it's affordable and not too fancy. It gets the job done and doesn't upset my stomach like the place with the green and white logo. My coffee was delivered quickly and it was hot, but not hot enough to make me wonder if I should call my lawyer.

I wanna blame Management for not knowing who to put in drive thru. Why would you put the nonchalant, no customer skills worked at the drive thru and make the customers suffer. Them people in the kitchen and let them cool and bring the people who really have customer skills to the window. Young African American man, doesn't say a word, just throws bag out the window
