“I came through the drive-thru on September 3rd around 9–11 PM, and Antonio was really nice and had great customer service. He gave me my receipt, made sure to smile, and was friendly the whole time. When I got to the next window, he was also bagging my food and getting my drinks. It honestly looked like he was doing a lot on his own, but he still kept a good attitude and made sure everything was right.
I just wanted to give him some recognition because you don’t always come across employees who are that friendly and hardworking. That guy definitely made my experience better.“
“I bought some 2 medium fries to go with my dinner. When did the medium fries start looking like a small. I was disappointed. They didn't taste like they used to. I haven't been to McDonald's in a year, but I was quite disappointed.“
“7 pm on a saturday the busiest time of the week and they killed it idk who made this but it was made with love and they are all kids who are working hard hope they get a raise cause I was not expecting my food to be so on point

“This experience was well above the normal McDonald's visit. The food is the same unless someone doesn't care or screws up. Not this time, I asked for no onions or pickles in two of the burgers and no mustard on the other two. My order was exactly as I ordered. Not sure of the name but I believe it was Dequan. Thank you Dequan you were exceptional and deserve merit or raise. As I changed my order in the middle of ordering asking for no onions or pickles, Leon got it right. I know it was Leon due to I heard the mgr who took the order speak loudly and say Leon. Thanks Leon. Please keep up the good work and customer service, it shows.“
