McDonald's provides good customer service, especially from a lady with tattoos. The staff is professional and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. While the wheelchair accessibility and cleanliness could be improved, they are getting better with service overall. The sandwich was made neatly, and despite some issues with the kiosk machine, the employees are helpful and efficient. Even though the drive might be long, the great service and professionalism of the staff make it worth the trip.
