Drive thru was slow and once I ordered, the girl helping me didn't bother to give me my total. I just had to figure out she was done taking my order and I needed to pull forward to pay. Once at the window she was abrupt and didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered. The girl who handed me my food at the last window was friendly, but I should have checked my bag. McDonald's offers generally good customer service, especially from staff members like Jayla and Kaitlyn, who are appreciated for their friendliness, accuracy, and cleanliness. The staff is professional and strives to make the experience enjoyable, with some employees going above and beyond. The food, including nuggets, is served hot and fresh, and the sandwich was made neatly. Despite occasional issues with kiosk machines, employees are helpful and efficient, often delivering food quickly even if they do not speak much. The restaurant is improving in wheelchair accessibility and cleanliness, though there is still room for enhancement. Customers note that service quality can vary, with some staff being rude or less communicative, but overall, the staff's professionalism and the good service make the trip worthwhile, even if the drive is long. The restaurant remains a place where many visitors feel welcomed and satisfied.
