“Everything from the American-style exterior to the menu is good.They brought us plates so we could share the food, the portions were generous, and it wasn't too salty, which was nice. You can eat it with salt or ketchup according to your taste.. I want to go again..“
“I'm visiting the area, and this Starbucks is the only place in the area for an early coffee. I'm actually not even a fan of the megacorp, but my experience was just fine. Got in, the young lady took my order, and made it quickly. Tasted as expected. Sure, she could have been a bit friendlier, but I'm cutting her slack since it was 6:30a on a Saturday morning.It's a kiosk in a supermarket and not a full-fledged store. Some older gentlemen were there before me sitting at the table, and seemed to be enjoying their coffees too.I'll be back tomorrow. Should I have a different experience, I'll update my review.“
“One of the cashiers actually tried to tell me I was wrong about what I ordered. He was even ruder when I showed him my online order, and he was wrong. Guess I'll start going driving a little further down 78 to the new location. Hopefully, they will be better.“
“For fast food it was good. Stopped by on 2/1/2024 went inside to use the kiosk machine to order a chicken sandwich meal. The machine did not complete my order tickets said go to open register. This was at 2:06pm. No help left at 2:30pm. This store off of Stone mountain industrial.“
“I mean, it's McDonald's... You get what you get. However, I will say that when I stopped, they had a drive thru line that wrapped around the building almost twice, while the lobby was relatively empty. But, these young men and women was on their game and hustled everyone through and was almost caught up when I left. The only negative I can think of in MY experience is that better care should be practiced when throwing out old food instead of serving it to customers ( I ordered a 20 piece Mcnugget and about a third of them were cold, hard, and stale). Otherwise, keep up the hustle....“
“This morning has been rather hectic for me coming into the office so much so that I was in my car praying the entire way. I very very rarely stop at McDonalds, but today will be a long one so I decided to grab something to eat. I was all over the place with my ordering and yet the young lady taking orders at the drive-thru had such a beautiful and pleasant disposition even after I changed my mind on things multiple times. When I apologized, she said, "Oh no, it's ok." When I arrived at the window to pick up my food, the young man greeted me with a smile as well as he passed me my sweet tea! And then the third person, who I learned is the manager, came to thew window to let me know she was waiting on my condiments and she was just as pleasant, smiling and so professional. I always make it my business to give kudos when they are do, because we should let people know when they are doing awesome just as we are quickly as we are to let them know when they are not doing so great! These three interactions changed my entire day in just 6 minutes. You never know what people are going through. Now I'm smiling and going into this first meeting with a whole different disposition of my own, simply because strangers were so pleasant towards me this morning.“
“I haven't been to McDonald's in a long,long time but I was on the go and needed a bite to eat. So I stopped here. I ordered the hot cakes and sausage which I felt was a safe bet. It tasted pretty good. I was however a bit disappointed that the score was 85. I would like to see this improve. The customer service was excellent and friendly.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Great place for kids. Lots of kid-friendly food choices.“
“The barista was super kind and friendly. She made me my first “flat white”. It was so good! She added honey and basil, which was so delicious and not overpowering. She was so kind with her service. She made a few turkey bacon croissants for my family. We sat on the patio with our dog. The house is beautiful! Looks like they’re renovating certain parts so hours and menu items shown on Google may be in-flux during this time. Definitely one of the best coffees I’ve had in a while!“
