“First time here. Usually I’ll go to a Jamaican/Caribbean restaurant, and the pans be all burned, food doesn’t look appetizing, and I’ll be scared to eat it. But Suncity has proved me wrong. Very clean, wonderful staff, and even thru this COVID mess, it wasn’t a long wait. Food was seasoned perfectly, and it was awesome (even my toddlers enjoyed it And even ate their veggies), great portions. Love Love Love!!! I’ll Be Back.... 💕💕💕💕💕😋😋😋“

“They were pretty busy when I went in but there was not a long wait. I got the 8pc fried shrimp meal that comes with fries and a drink. The shrimp were big and cooked perfectly, the box was FULL of delicious crinkle fries. There is a table set up with various spices and condiments. There was enough seating and I felt very comfortable dining in. I will definitely go back!“

“Decided to give it another try as previous experience was not the best, waited almost 45mins to an hour to order and get served. Visited for lunch yesterday, ordered the salmon blt and my friend ordered grouper sandwich as both came highly recommended. Grouper was fishy and was sent back. Salmon was just ok, a bit greasy. Server only concerned about tip, was charged for house salad of $8 instead of meal charge being removed all together. Will not eat here again. Drinks were average.“

“This is a gem of a farm to table restaurant just off the main thoroughfare (1- 2 blocks) in Stone Mountain. The owners and waitstaff obviously work hard to make sure you have a nice experience. We had salmon croquettes and chicken salad along with pineapple pound cake and chocolate cake. All were very good. The atmosphere is laid back. Service was top notch. Anytime I’m in this area this will be my go to place for food. Desserts were excellent!“

“Went to commons during a work retreat at the Stone Mountain resort. I suppose it was off season and there was not alot of people there. It was a Tuesday. One server. Gloria was very nice. I ended up making a reservation two nights before because i thought it was going to be busy. I believe their online menu did not match what they were serving. The online menu is what caught my eye for the decision to go to this restaurant. My coworker and i stayed anyway. The view was great. I had my heart set on the prime rib but i ended up getting the rib eye. The mushroom glaze was delicious. My steak was a tad bit underdone but overall meal was good.“

“I'm Haitian and was taken here for my first Nigerian food experience! Delicious ? and spicy just how I like it. Lol I got Moi Moi, Egusi Soup and Fufu and Suya (for my Haitians, this reminds me of Tassot bef)..It's obvious I'll be back lol“

“We came in after we went to Netherworld which was unfortunately an hour before closing (sorry staff) but we had beautiful Miss Akia as our server and she was wonderful. We were a party of about 12 and some of us requested a lot of stuff throughout the hour, and she made the effort to go back and forth and make sure she got everything.

There were a few people who came to help her bring stuff out as well which was nice to see the supportive environment she works with. The only thing I didn't like as much were the fries because it seemed like they were old, but we also came in later so it could be the kitchen was closing. The impossible burger I got was absolutely delicious!!

As a server myself, I appreciated Akia as our waitress. She was never rude despite how busy our party was, and stayed patient and attentive to get her job done. If you're reading this, your efforts didn't go unnoticed Akia and I'm thankful we got you after a tiring night at Netherworld. Some of us were not feeling our best and you helped end the night with great service. Thanks again for taking our table and attract the money you deserve for your hard work!

“Owner was very nice and personable. The food was GOOD AS HELL. First time I stopped in I had wings, broccoli and mashed potatoes and it was delicious. Food was seasoned very well, I ordered again 2 days later and discovered a hookah bar next to it owned by the same owner. I had to stop in and support.“
