“I tried this place for lunch and I am glad I made the trip. Their service was friendly and answered my questions about possible options to get. I went with the jerk ribs rice & peas cabbage and a side of plantains. The only thing that was left were the bones. Sure enough some of that sauce was on my shirt. If you pick up the ribs with your hands just be ready to catch them with your plate. They fall off the bone type of ribs. There was some bbq sauce but blended well with the season. The cabbage was seasoned and tasted freshly cooked. Let's talk about the plantains. Perfectly cut and cooked. I can't even get that can of plantain quality in a Spanish restaurant. Best I have had. They do have a lunch special and plenty of side options. My only regret is not trying their juice. Next time I am trying the jerk chicken and stew.“

In recent years though we've had a plethora of "Soul Food" joints pop up the most known are Peach Cobbler and the more superior the Collard Green Cafe'. Their tagline is the most appropriate you'll ever find, "You won't find a Can-opener in our kitchen!!" Being a vivid Seafood lover I browsed the menu online before coming in to try the Trout and was stunned. Absoutely fresh-fresh and I'd know with sides like sweet potatoes and signature Collard greens prepared with smoked turkey you'd find only at Thanksgiving Dinner in an upscale African-American household. Extremely busy it would be smart to browse their menu but trust me once you eat the food, only then you'll understand why the Collard Green Cafe' is by far the most superior "Soul Food" restaurant in the Atlanta metropolitan area, hands down! “I come here often about my fifth time I seen a review the other weekend form two people that says that the restaurant was fraud it’s not true those people did not look at the post that this restaurant has or the instagram to see if it was sit in or not they rated the restaurant off of not being able to Sit down and eat not about how good the food was or the atmosphere they didn’t show up to the place at all“

“Wings all around I had the garlic parmesan, my daughter had hot honey and my grandson had the lemon pepper Sides were collard greens, lima beans, fried okra and fries EVERYTHING was fresh, flavorful, plentiful and well seasoned We will be back!

“THIS is what we need in our communities. Amazing food with exceptional costumer service. I ordered via DoorDash for pickup. I ordered turkey wings, smothered pork chops, smothered leg quarter, dressing, Mac & cheese, and Lima beans. EVERYTHING was delicious, so delicious that I couldn’t get a picture because my family devoured it all. Disregard the negative comments and give it a try yourself. Decatur’s best kept secret! I see long lines in Ms.Stacy’s future! Can’t wait to visit again!“

“I am so glad I found this gem!! I just moved to Atlanta from Boston (where there’s Haitian food everywhere) so I was little bummed out that there aren’t really Haitian spots out here. But my girlfriend found this place on IG and sent it my way. I ordered online and got the griot plate which comes with the diri kole (rice and beans) and the banan peze (fried plantains) with a side of salad and pikliz. Also ordered a side of the j*** chicken pasta which came with some delicious bread, my order also came with a lemonade and it was one of the best lemonade I ever had. EVERYTHING was delicious the griot was cooked very well still nice and tender people tend to overcook griot but this here was perfect! Portion is great! It’s a 10/10 for me and will not mind making that 30+ minute drive in Atlanta traffic to get it.My only suggestion would be to give the sauce on the side as opposed to putting it on the rice and having Dressing for the salad.Thank you Ted for a great meal, you definitely have a frequent customer now.“

“The empanadas are very good and the default sauce is pretty good. They used to be overpriced, but prices have adjusted down some which is good to see. Combos do not come with drinks. We only got two sauces with 3 3 piece empanada trios which I'm assuming was just overlooked, but I do know they want to charge if you ask for extra sauces. The chicken itself is expensive for what it is and I probably won't give it a chance. I just can't justify paying the price to try it when good chicken is available all over the place nearby. Service was slow we waited outside for at least 20 minutes for our food.“

“Whoa! OMG! For the Love of GOD... These Tacos are really good! We just worked Doja Cat The Scarlet Tour here in Atlanta. Here it is 1:30am and my brother and I was about to head home to get something to eat. I forgot the Crew had catered lunch waiting in the back of State Farm Arena. My plate had the BBQ Tacos with cilantro lime rice with black eyed peas in them. That was great. I'm literally looking at my brother like"What you got". He had the Blackened Fish tacos with that same tasty rice. His eyes bucked big and I heard him say "uuuummmm". You know it's good at this point. I leaned over to get a sample of my brother plate and it was empty. Gone! Done! Finshed! I recommend and will find where to dine whenever I'm in Norcross.“

“I tried the their food for the first time and it was great! They did not disappoint. Everything was full of flavor, seasoned well, and packaged all in front you. Unfortunately, I did notice the food seemed to be sitting there for some times based off the dried sauce on multiple dishes. However I did take note on the steamed pans or basically heated bottom the were using, So at least my food was hot when I received it. Highly Recommended!
