God knows I am funny about food. Dam is place has flavor. The food was great. I highly recommend
I ordered via DoorDash. The food is delicious. It's perfectly packaged. Proteins and sides are separated by different packaging or parchment paper. Mac and cheese is super creamy. Catfish is flaky and well seasoned. Wings are fat and so well seasoned, (I didn't even need the hot sauce). Collard greens are a tad bit salty, but super flavorful. The cake is yummy and moist. The price was unbelievably low. I'll definitely order again.

Dorothy Mae's Soul Food Kitchen offers a beautiful lunch experience with a cozy, warm, and inviting atmosphere that feels like sitting at your grandmother's table for Sunday dinner. The food is fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, with every bite made with care and love. The fried wings and fish, mac and cheese, and candied yams are cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The whole chicken wings are fried to protection with a nice flavor taste, and the collard greens, macaroni and cheese, potatoes salad, and yams are on point. The honey lemon pepper drummettes with peach cobbler are very tasty. The two piece whiting, mac and cheese, and candied yams are top notch, perfectly seasoned, and the whiting is fresh and perfectly battered and fried. The corn bread muffins are a little dry, but everything else is 1000/10. Prices are very reasonable, with a whole meal costing less than $13. Portions are generous. The service and atmosphere are clean and smelling good. The restaurant is take-out only with a few chairs inside to sit while waiting. Food is served hot, fresh, and pretty quickly.
