“My first time visiting this restaurant and I got there after 7pm, closing time but the owner saw me coming and still allowed me to order a meal. This says something about her genuine spirit!! I throughly enjoyed my meal, which were Turkey wings over red rice , yams and macaroni & cheese, have enough to eat for lunch today..lol! I plan to place my order online for pickup next time so I can enjoy some Ox Tails or Rasta Pasta. “It was my first time and I got to say I really enjoyed it, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. We took the ribs and chops and also tried the chicken wings and let me tell you the ribs were soft and cooked at perfect temperature. It was just amazing. They had a few side options to go with the mean like green beans and some eggplant stew which were nice. Best thing is it’s even halal so I’d totally recommend it. It is next to a masjid which I thought was nice.“
“A hidden gem for sure!! The food is the ABSOLUTE BEST SOUL FOOD I’ve had in ATLANTA! We enjoyed the salmon, lamb chops, greens, Mac & cheese, yams, and honey corn bread. The greens were PERFECT not requiring any condiments at all! The salmon and lamb cooked to perfection and the yams and Mac & cheese didn’t disappoint. Honestly it was all soooo good!! This is great for day or night date or with family/ friends. Our server, E, was attentive, friendly, and best of all informative on the food and drinks!! The music and atmosphere were a nice adult ambiance to enjoy laughs or even still chat with those you are enjoying your meal. A definite return and a definite must visit if you haven’t been yet! “This was my second time at this restaurant. Both times were pretty good experiences for the most part but this visit was better than the first.Each time I ordered veggie plates. Two on the first visit and one this visit. Everything was delicious this time. The first visit I didn’t care for the dressing or the Lima beans. When I was in there this last time I overheard a more frequent customer talking to the person she was with saying that some of the food be a hit or miss. I was a little disappointed with the strawberry cake because I asked the young lady was it boxed and she said no…. It definitely tasted boxed.Overall, good experience. “This is my favorite place to go for Nigerian food. Moving from Houston, it was a challenge to find good food, especially Nigerian food. This place does not disappoint. The food is great and so is the service. My standard order is jollof rice with goat meat with a side of Efo. I also love their Moin Moin and Suya.“

“Was looking for some good soul food after church and found this place! The customer service was amazing. I believe they were getting a late start due to the owner having a headache but she opened up for me which I appreciate a lot ! Very friendly. even if the food hadn’t been all that great I’d try it again simply based on the customer service. Food was great tho!! Yams - 9, Mac & cheese - 8 (a little salty but bearable), Turkey leg - 7.5, mango lemonade definitely a 10!!! Portion size was great for the price! I’ll def be back!“

However, If you are looking for a casual date night, dining in type of environment, this is not the place. The food on the other hand was magnificent!!! I love the efo riro soup the pounded yam, the jollof rice and the brisket was good although, it could have been a little less dry. I wanted to dine in, but didn't realize that they try and make it a "club/lounge" vibe. The music was way too loud for me. You cannot comfortably hold a conversation.THE PRICES!!! So, I don't have a problem paying for amazing food, however, $26 for a stew and pounded yam is a no for me.Not to mention their portions are so small. $9 for jollof rice, $16 for sliced brisket that was a handful!! They need to cut prices or double up on portions if they want more business. We also ordered a corona, ONE BEER= $7!!!!!!!!!!Overall, It was okay, I will go there for take-out if I am desperate to eat some good African food, but expect to pay a good bit!“

“Whoa! OMG! For the Love of GOD... These Tacos are really good! We just worked Doja Cat The Scarlet Tour here in Atlanta. Here it is 1:30am and my brother and I was about to head home to get something to eat. I forgot the Crew had catered lunch waiting in the back of State Farm Arena. My plate had the BBQ Tacos with cilantro lime rice with black eyed peas in them. That was great. I'm literally looking at my brother like"What you got". He had the Blackened Fish tacos with that same tasty rice. His eyes bucked big and I heard him say "uuuummmm". You know it's good at this point. I leaned over to get a sample of my brother plate and it was empty. Gone! Done! Finshed! I recommend and will find where to dine whenever I'm in Norcross.“
