“Food look good clean it’s just the customer service they need to work on only reason 4 stars n you try to support black owned but the guy there short black guy act like you disturbed him n had attitude don’t greet or nothing n like me n maybe 2 other people was only ones there ordering then but granite i got baked chicken, corn n greens n it was all good suprisely as first time there“

“Sarah 'put her foot" in every dish. Fried chicken and pork chops were spectacular. Had black-eyed peas, Collard greens, green beans, candied Yams and fried Okra. No frozen veggies here! All fresh and delicious. Rolls and Cornbread muffins were special, too. ❤️ this place!“

“Food was AMAZING! Everything looked fresh and there were so many options it honestly took me a minute to figure out what I wanted lol. I came in on a Saturday in the late afternoon and the staff was really nice and patient while I looked everything over. One of the workers even offered me a sample of something I was curious about without me having to ask, which I really appreciated because now I already know what I might try next time.
I ended up getting the BBQ chicken wings and rib tips with mac & cheese and cabbage, and everything was good. The cabbage especially surprised me not salty at all, but still seasoned really well. I thought I might need to add a little salt at first, but nope. It didn’t need anything.
Great food, great service, and an overall good experience. I’d definitely come back to this location!“

“The food here is amazing . The people are so welcoming and the customer service is phenomenal! I came in with my boyfriend that stumbled across this gem and they did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and made just like grandma house . The people are so inviting the food is so tasty this definitely gave me all reasons to come back and highly recommend . I’m up now thinking about this food I can’t wait to try the turkey chop and grab some more pineapple lemonade. I left yelling bye auntie bye cousins because after that we plate …We’re family now !!“

“Me and the Hubby always like to give reviews on our food cause were very picky when it comes to soulfood. We tried it today I had the pulled pork,and greens and my husband had the smoked wings,potato salad, greens and we loved it! the greens were exactly how we like them.👌🏽 Everything was good, price was reasonable we will definitely be back.“

“The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was outstanding! The gentleman at the front was so friendly and generous—he made sure I had plenty of food, and the portions were huge for such a reasonable price.

“Listen I meant to take a picture but my plate gone already. Ribs were off the bone, greens and yams were so good. First time going and I'm ready to go back . I'm sad about the banana pudding being out hope to try it next time! & the customer service was great I had my 2 yr old and the cashier was interactive and kind .. will be back“
