“My wife and I and our Boy Scout troop, had the pleasure of meeting the Carrs when they came to support our troop at a pancake fundraiser breakfast. They shared with us their restaurant business and we decided after the breakfast was over, We went to reciprocate. And boy were we glad we did. That was hands-down The best barbecue I’ve ever had in my entire life. Now let’s talk about the sides. I think my wife bought one of every side they had available. And 2 cups of Brunswick stew. All of those items were the best I’ve ever had. I will be back and I recommend you give it a try too.“

“I stopped by for a rib sandwich, but they were out of ribs. I ended up getting the rib tips, fries, and a tropical punch instead, and I'm glad I did. Everything was delicious. The rib tips were flavorful, the fries were great, and the tropical punch was the perfect addition to the meal. I'll definitely be back again.“

“The food here is soooo Good. In one week I have been to Rick's Raging Q 3 times. I have had peach cobbler every time i went also smoked wings, Mac n cheese twice, collard greens corn muffins and Brunswick stew. It was all delicious so are those rib tips & onion rings. You gotta go.“

“Based on experience, when a business brag on their food, it usually doesn’t measure up. Happy to say, this was not the case with Screen House. The smoked wings and ribs were flavorful. When you don’t need sauce, it’s truly a sign of well seasoned meat. Although the Mac and cheese and greens were not the freshest, they were still tasty and I’ll attribute it to the time of day. I will absolutely add the restaurant to my rotation and look forward to tasting other delicacies.“

“I visited today with my wife and was pleasantly surprised. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated. The food was great but the service was what really made our visit superb. “Sometimes the most unassuming places or the ones you drive by all the time and never stop at has some of the best food. That was definitely the case at this spot. I found them doing research for BBQ in the area. All the good reviews about the food and service are telling the truth.

Food: Excellent. I got a Whole Chicken, Half-Slab of Ribs, Large Collards and Potato Salad, Corn Muffins and Two Slices of Sweet Potato Pie. And added on a large sauce. (Didnt need to, cause they give enough) The meats were smoked perfectly and the ribs and chicken were both tender and good. The greens for once were not overcooked like alot of folks like them. But i prefer the way Juicy Ribs do theirs. There's flavorful, but still have a bite and they didnt cook all the nutrients out.
The potato salad was authentically Southern like the rest of the food, but I personally like mine a lil less sweet, but then my palate leans more towards salty so.....The pie was for my mom.....All I know is i saw no remnats of it. I think she smashed both slices. Didnt even offer me a taste.....😄
I give the food a 15 out of 10! Oh......the sauce is great. If you like yours a lil more salty or acidic, add a lil white vinegar and it'll be perfect.

Prices: Fair. Ive seen people complain bout the prices in reviews and Im thinking 🤔🤔🤔 You're gonna spend right around $20 for some overprocessed junk from McDonalds or Burger King on any giving day. So $16 for a real Southern BBQ meal is not expensive. Not to mention you dont have to none of the work that goes into it, which is alot.

Service: Excellent. Sweet Southern Lady at the window. I watched her interact with the regulars and given her welcoming attitude and tell-tale swirl of bbq smoke swirling through conversations, I see why the customers were flowing through non-stop.

“I’m so happy this place finally opened up!! When I tell you the staff is great and the food is phenomenal!! Great experience for anyone who enjoys Korean BBQ. The added bonus is the hot pot: a pot of your choice of steamy broth in which you add your choice of vegetables, noodles, meats and seafood. Ok that’s enough..come try it yourself 💞“

“Did a curbside order tonight and meal was ready on time. I paid extra for a loaded potato but when I got bone there were no toppings in my bag, no bread or cinnamon butter and no utensils. I understand it is the Holidays but it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to double check orders. The other Texas Roadhouse we have tried have been great. I guess here in McDonough we will have to keep using Long Horns.“

“What are you looking for in BBQ? This spot was it for me. A little shack with the best smoked meats I've had in some time. The BBQ sauce hit perfectly with the seasoning used on the chicken, ribs and chopped pork. The sides complimented the meats just right. Then there is the Peach Cobbler....made me an instant fan, and I usually don't do peach anything, but while in GA I couldn't say no!“
