“My husband and I love to find a good Brisket sliced bbq. While on the job my husband had lunch here and came home (an hour away) bragging about how good it was. Naturally, I’ve got to try it…..it is soooo good! I highly recommend it and will be back. Very welcoming and friendly. Our server was excellent and recommended the Alabama White sauce, I haven’t had any this good since I first tried it and fell in love with it. This place is a must try if you’re in the area. “Y'all I live right down the street, I've been to the liquor store where this Pit house is stationed many times and never really paid it any attention so when the GPS took me here to fulfill my BBQ craving I was skeptical 😅 but I was shocked to learn this place serves some really good food. Her portion size for her price is unbeatable. She gave me Ms Cleo vibes too😍 lol she was kind to me, I mean she greeted me when I walked up to the window and was swift with my plate. Idk what more you could ask for. I got the large rib tips plate with the 2 sides (mac & collards) & it was only $15. It also came with a slice of bread on top but I immediately grabbed that and munched it down. She does not take card payments but she does have a sign up that gives you the option to apple pay or cash app. Thank you so much ma'am. I got full and couldn't finish it. I will suggest getting the BBQ sauce on the side like I did so you can have other dipping options at home. I also got the banana pudding and it was the jello pudding kind idk if I'm saying that right but it was ok. I will definitely be returning to try the chicken next.“

I was craving charcoal skewers and Crazy Skewers absolutely delivered. I ordered the lamb kabob, beef kabob, Taiwan style sausage, ham sausage, chives, green pepper, and cucumbers — here's the breakdown:

Lamb Kabob — Grilled just right. Nicely seasoned without being overdone. A clean, well-executed skewer.

Beef Kabob — The fat fully rendered during the cook, adding to the overall flavor profile. Combined with the seasoning, it elevates the whole experience.

Taiwan Style Sausage — Sizeable, just like the ones you'd find in Taiwan. Has a pleasant sweet profile and is very satisfying to bite into.

Ham Sausage — Seasoned right and enjoyable. No complaints.

Chives — Served on a foil plate rather than a skewer, which is why it's priced a bit higher — don't let that catch you off guard. An essential dish for any Chinese charcoal BBQ spread. Great texture that adds to the overall table.

Green Pepper — It's a green pepper. It does its job.

Cucumbers — Another essential for Chinese charcoal BBQ. The garlic soy sauce coating is delicious, the crunch adds great texture to the spread, and it serves as a refreshing contrast to all the rich, savory skewers. Don't skip it.

Add a couple of beers to the mix and you've got yourself a wonderful evening. Everything pairs beautifully with a cold one.

Getting seated and ordering was smooth from the start. The staff aren't the most proficient in English, but mid-level communication is easily achievable — and given that there are plenty of English-only patrons who enjoy themselves here regularly, don't let that deter you. Ordering is done through a QR code pamphlet at your table. While you wait, there's a kettle of water and a small bowl of peanuts at the table — a great touch. The staff move fast, and for good reason — skewers are best enjoyed immediately off the charcoal, as the flavor changes once they cool down. Don't be alarmed if they're briskly dropping plates at nearby tables. Food comes out quickly, so be ready for your spread to arrive fast. For alcoholic beverages, walk up to the beer fridge, grab what you want, and there should be a bottle opener on the fridge. It gets added to your bill manually and won't appear on the QR code ordering platform.

Atmosphere – 5/5
I came alone on a Saturday evening and had a genuinely great time. The smell of grilled skewer seasoning hangs in the air from the moment you walk in and immediately gets your appetite going. The plaza has plenty of free parking, and it's surrounded by other popular establishments making it a solid destination on its own. One observation that gave me a good laugh — they sell vapes at the counter. Just something to note.

Overall, I will absolutely be coming back for my skewer fix. I did over-order trying to sample all the essentials, but I have zero regrets. There's something deeply satisfying about sitting there with a skewer in one hand and a cold beer in the other. Highly recommend.“

“We ate here after seeing Cirque du Soleil nearby with our two kids, 10 & 11. The restaurant was clean, and comfortably decorated. I wasn't worried too much about having what amounts to a grill in the middle of our table with the kids. It's obviously hot, but it's not like you'll lose a hand if you get too close here and there. Service was great. Our server was Yuki. He was very attentive, and explained how it worked, and answered any questions. When our food arrived, Yuki told us exactly what each item was, and exactly how long to cook it per side. Not a cheap place to go, especially with kids, but a nice treat after an otherwise fun-filled day with other new first experiences.“

The food is fresh, they smoke all their meat daily and they use locally sourced produce. They have a full bar. We shared the OG Salmon Chips - house smoked salmon, chipotle cream cheese, red onion & capers on house made potato chips (piucured) they are a little pricey at $16 for 5 servings but are piled high with fresh salmon so we weren't disappointed (they were great). We also had a Garden Chopped Bowl - (thick cut) house bacon, hard boiled egg, corn, red onion, tomato, avocado, bleu cheese and added Pulled Pork (pictured). Very good, highly recommend!“
