I could write an article on DAS but I have to keep it brief. I understand how to create irresistible atmospheres, hospitable service and consider myself a foodie as I intermittent fast daily and eat once a day. My meals are important. We went to the Midtown/Collier Rd location…great experience! Let’s start with Nick…kind, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience! The food was fantastic! I had the brisket, mac n cheese, and baked beans…all of which were delicious! Others at my table also enjoyed collared greens, wings, potato salad, all of which I tried and were delicious. Excellent barbecue. The brisket was very flavorful with the perfect choice of sauces. Very friendly counter service. Take out our eat in. Most impressive was the smoked chicken, which was not dry at all.
