This place holds at least 80 people inside, comfortably and they have a more room outside along with another stage. Her party was a success! A hidden gem is what I would call Waller's Coffe Shop! I would definitely recommend this place to throw any type of event!“

“My family and I moved here from our of the area. while we have been here figuring out a real estate deal we have been staying in an Airbnb. with 2 teens 3 dogs and 2 cats which has been stressful. so this wonderful establishment is just a hop skip and jump from where we are staying. First and foremost the service is amazing. The establishment is extremely clean and well decorated giving a neat modern rustic feeling. The clientele is mostly local and incredibly welcoming and friendly. our first time we went we had a family of regulars help us navigate getting Braves tickets to our very first braves game. I have since returned to get away from the chaos at our BNB and realestate debacle and have been blessed to make a few friends. The bartenders are excellent and friendly as well. The waitresses are so nice and efficient. I highly recommend the deviled eggs the Cuban or my favorite the pesto chicken sandwich. The Mac and cheese is off the hook as well. Excellent place to unwind or to drag your teens in for a great meal at extremely reasonable prices with efficient friendly service and really nice customers“

“Decided to try this spot for an early, very casual dinner while in the area and was pleasantly impressed with the service, food, and atmosphere. We ordered the shrimp bowl and it was delicious! “Mezcalito’s is one of our favorites ever! The food is top notch but it’s the people and service that makes it a special ‘Cheers’ type place. Everyone knows us and we know them, I wish I knew every staff name but Patricia today was amazing taking care of us and our doggo making sure she had water to drink and we had our drinks too! Monset is also the best, (she reminds us of our daughter) and like every staff there is sweet and caring. Just go, you won’t regret it. “As usual, and excellent spot to get some well crafted beer. I am big on sour brews, and this place has over six options most given times I have gone. This is my fifth time here, and the service is excellent as usual. There's plenty of parking and seating inside or outside, though it was a rainy day this time. The only complaint I have is that I believe there is a tin roof that blocks cellular signal, but not a bad time to go ahead and unplug to be present. We took home a six pack, we have the shirts, and we will be back for more!“

“My business is located in the city of Decatur, right by the restaurant so it's convenient for us. Yesterday, on the 4th of July, we had a large online order. It was processed, picked up confirmed and the random driver cancelled and took our order.

Instantly calling the restaurant and told to come in, the manager looked over our receipt, order and the information from the driver. The manager made sure it was being taken care of, remade all the food fresh and made sure it was handled with care.

I run a business, I know things happen outside of our control, but I highly appreciate the manager on site who made sure to take care of us and make it right. We will be here weekly, thank you all!“

“My boyfriend and I just ate here for the first time today. We live an hour away and wanted to try something new since we were in the area. The food was AMAZING! We had edamame for an appetizer, my boyfriend had a mushroom quesadilla and I had a delicious Buffalo shrimp salad. Only disappointment was the service from the bartender. We had to ask if we could order, we had to ask for refills, and she never did a check back on the food; so we had to ask for her attention about a question I had concerning my salad dressing. Other customers sitting down had to do the same for service. This was all because she was on her tablet reading. So anytime we interrupted her it was because she was reading from her tablet. This was a disappointment but will try again because of the food quality and nice atmosphere.“

Our server shared with us the special pizza for the day and we knew we wanted a pizza and a pasta. I could tell by the photos online it was home made pasta so we had to try it!
To my disappointment, he said go with the spaghetti and meatballs. Don’t get me wrong…I love spaghetti and meatballs but I make that at home. I asked him more than once if he was SURE 🤣 and he said trust me. So we got the pizza special…four cheese, ham, spicy salami (very spicy!) and a little basil. Well, it was the BEST spaghetti and meatballs I’ve ever had and the pizza was just what we were hoping for! Fresh, delicious, soft and thin. Everything was fresh and oh so yummy! Then he asked about wine…8”I wasn’t going to, but I asked what he recommended based on our order, and let me tell you:::DELICIOUS! And then…the bill…it was so much less than they could charge! Our DG Breakfast Group has moved to The Baked Apple Breakfast Co. Our group numbers 7! Big mistake!!!“

“The Marlay House is our absolute go-to place in Decatur, and it never disappoints. We had another amazing experience here recently. The food came out incredibly fast, and every single bite was packed with deep, savory flavor.

​We tried a bit of everything this visit, including the Irish roast dinner, the smokey chicken sandwich, and the Guinness-braised beef brisket. Every dish was fantastic. We wrapped things up with the sticky toffee pudding, which was the perfect end to the meal.

My daughter had an acai bowl customized with half Pitaya and added chia seeds, kiwi, strawberry, mango, honey and vanilla protein powder. She shared that it was filling, satisfying and nutritious. I got a level 3 spicy and it was spicy enough to linger but both overwhelming, the perfect combo to me personally. The Thai tea was also super good! I ordered take out and it was ready within 10 minutes. Someone in my group placed their order to a wrong place and they had her order packaged and handed to her in 6 minutes.
