I been searching and searching for a good soul food spot…and I ended up finding an excellent one!!! Mannn, when I tell you the hype is warranted cause our meals were smoked and cooked to perfection!!! There is a wait if you do not call in and there is limited parking but for me it was well worth it…highly recommended!!!
Food is normally excellent. But yesterday the mac and cheese was somewhat burn. Cabbage was under cooked. The cornbread was dry and rib tips was not fall of the bone soft like it normally is. It was kind of tough. If this was made by a different cook, They shouldn't use that cook anymore. Like I said the food is normally excellent.

I ordered smoke turkey leg with baked beans & Mac&cheese ... devil eggs... smoke oxtails with dressing& yams... cabbage... peach cobbler.... man everything was so good! First soul food I've had since moving to GA ...definitely impressed and will be returning! Wish I could give them a 10! And they had good customer service!
