American Deli offers delicious food, but the heat inside can be unbearable. Customers have complained about the slow service and employees rushing to close the restaurant. Orders might arrive with mistakes, missing items, and unusable straws. The staff could improve their attitude and attention to detail to enhance the overall dining experience.
