“My first time here at this establishment an it was a laid back chill vibe an I was greeted with a warm welcome by Genesis…she was very polite an courteous…so i ordered the 2 can dine in dinner…I ordered Mac n cheese…yams….fried chicken…meatloaf…cornbread…kool-aid…strawberry lemonade…it was all delicious…I also liked that wings are made fresh to order which is a major plus….i will definitely be back for the rest of the menu…..“

“I got fried shrimp, collards and Mac and cheese. This was some of the best money I have ever spent on food!! Shrimp was huge, cooked perfectly, crispy corn batter SEASONED! Greens tender and full of flavor, mac n cheese like we want it made!! Absolutely delicious, It didn't last long enough for me take a picture...all I have left is utensils and juice from the greens. 10/10 recommend!!“
“My husband and I came here on a whim, since we were in the area after attending a funeral. From the experience we had, we were very surprised to find the place kinda slow at 5pm on a Sunday. My husband had the jumbo shrimp plate (and they weren’t kidding about the jumbo part), and I had the catfish. I seldom get catfish, but, I’m about to make this my regular place for when I get a craving. The portions were fair for the price, and the taste of both dishes were immaculate. Especially the Mac and Collards. I also had their signature Mojito, and mojitos are always hit and miss for me. It was perfectly made! Sadly I was driving, and couldn’t partake in another. The owners and staff clearly care about experience, and blew our expectations out of the water. Highly recommend this establishment, and will be coming back to try their brunch menu.“
“I really like this place. It's a nice hole-in-the-wall atmosphere with good food. I always get the breakfast burrito, which is great. The last time I went I got a platter with eggs, toast, and fried chicken steak. All of it was delicious and the workers there are always polite and courteous.“

“This place isn’t your typical restaurant but the food makes up for that. Once you have had a taste you surly will be back. The fish is fried to perfection and the fries are perfectly seasoned. The serve an assortment of fish along with shrimp and other seafood items. Trust me you won’t regret giving them a try!“
“So yesterday, December 24th my husband and I went to the Winter Lantern Festival together. We saw so many wonderful lanterns and took amazing pictures but one of the most important highlights were when we went to get food. We went to this food truck and met Carl. Carl was very welcoming and took his time with every customer and even conversed with some. The food was quick and absolutely delicious. From the funny puns for the menu items, down to the actual food itself. The drinks were really good as well. It’s family owned and you can tell they put a lot of love and care into the business! Would love to come by and order from them again.“
