“I just wanted to come on here and say our waiter was probably the best I’ve had so far at any dining place , his name is Lintu D. He made sure we had everything we needed, he kept coming back to the table to check on us, he even stayed close by so that we could find him easily, unlike other places where the waiter disappears for 30 minutes and cant be found even when it’s not busy.“

“I have gotten take out from here 5 times and each time my order has been wrong. Whenever I complain I "might" get an I'm sorry. With prices as high as they are I should have been compensated or something. Not sure if I will go back.“

“I had a great experience at Chili’s Grill & Bar! The Triple Dipper and chips were delicious, and the food was excellent. It was also nice meeting our server, Mass, who was very friendly and provided great service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely come back. Highly recommended! “I’m not sure if this place is under new management or not but I was pleased with everything from the second I walked through the door and saw they had a perfect score! The store was clean, customer service was great and food was DELISH! I ordered the wings (lemon pepper and music city hot) and all I can say is YUMMMM!!!! Probably the best wings I’ve had since I’ve moved to Gwinnett!

“Visited on 5-30-26. The food was very good and was prepared exactly has ordered. The cashier was very helpful and patient, as it was a big order. We had milkshakes with our burgers, which were delicious! Service was Too Tier! Thank You Steak&Shake!“

“This location has to be one of my favorite places that I have visited. Brandy the Manager is absolutely amazing… always has a friendly smile and always greeted me like I was family. My favorite server was Jess… once she got to know me, I didn’t even have to tell her my order because she always remembered everything and the way I wanted it….. the food was absolutely delicious… always was hot and just the perfect amount. Brandy, Jess, Sherry,Christina & Holly became my extended family which was just an awesome bonus! These ladies are just absolutely amazing!!!“
