“Went here yesterday and ordered the Flo's Filet with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli and paired it with a juicy Lobster tail. My steak ? came out Medium, just the way I like it and my Lobster tail had extra melted butter on the side. Omg, all of the food was great and our server, David was super nice, very polite and always had a Smile ? on his face. Be back to this location very soon. “The food was delicious, but it took about a while for the entree to come out. Apparently, the cooks were behind. The waitress offered 2 tables around us 50% off their meals because of the wait. Our wait was longer, and we were seated quite a while before the other tables. She didn't offer us a discount until a woman at the other table told her that our wait was longer than their wait. She finally gave us 2 ten dollar gift cards. We were not given an offer of 50% off our meal, like the other 2 tables.“
“We came to Frankie’s to celebrate our 15th anniversary! I’ll start off by noting that Patrick/Gamaliel/Erik were all amazing! They were extremely attentive and incredibly helpful as this was our first time! Our drinks were always filled and our table was cleared after we finished a dish. The food, the food was phenomenal! I ordered the Cowgirl Steak and my husband got the lamb chops, hands down 10/10! Super tender & delicious! Get the truffle butter on your steak! Our server recommended it and I am so glad he did! It added a delicious flavor to the steak!The sides were perfect, we ordered the mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, lobster ceviche and Caesar salad! The slice of cake at the end of our meal was just as good! It’s hard to live up to this kind of service, we were blown away! We’re coming back for all of our future special occasions!“
“Just a note, very nice place. Here on Easter Sunday for brunch. I had the PERRY ST. breakfast. Delicious!Our server Mariah was the highlight of the meal. This lady was outstanding!! She was all over the place! Super attentive, with drinks, condiments, everything. I dont think ive ever had a better experience!!?In spite of the fact the place was packed with customers, she made it feel like we were the only people there!!!! “Must have been a great place because we waited 45 minutes and never got seated. This was on a Sunday after church and I'm assuming it was all the church. Goers in there. Never got to eat the food, but it smells good. They were short on servers.“

“I wish I could give the service TEN stars because of our amazing waitress Mercedes. I haven’t been to outback in years, but we decided to take the family out for a family celebration. We had a fairly large party (8 people), and my family is very particular. Mercedes didn’t miss a beat. She made sure we had everything exactly as we asked for it, and checked on us the perfect amount of times. The food was great, restaurant was clean, and we will DEFINITELY be going here often.“
