“This morning I came in to get my teacher appreciation biscuit on my way to school and the manager and staff as a whole was so kind. They asked about my school and teaching. One of the employees was even a previous student at my school. The manager gave coupons to hand out to the staff to show his appreciation and gave me coupons for the students as well. Not only was my breakfast delicious but their customer service was above and beyond. I couldn’t ask for a more well rounded fast food restaurant. Thank you thank you thank you!!“

“I didnt. I went there because the Google Maps says it haz a drive-through. But its not true, this is a kroger starbucks, in middle of store. I almost considered driving thru krogers windows drive pushing anything in the way and drive up to the starbucks tent. Im with bad back, hips, legs, knees, ankles and feet. So im goin home“

“I don't know what these other "bad" reviews are about but it sounds personal. Please keep in mind that a lot of fast food places are slower now due to short staffing. EVERY TIME I go to this location they treat me very well and ALWAYS have my order correct in a timely manner. If there's a long line someone stands outside and takes orders from the line (in the rain and all). The entire staff is professional and kind. I actually drive about 20min and pass 2 other Dunkins to go to this one because of their outstanding customer service. Soma and Thomas are awesome managers who also treat me very well everytime I see them! Shane on those that left a bad review just because their bagel didn't have enough butter or coffee had 4 sugars instead of 5. Get a life and make your own . I love love love this location and their outstanding customer service!“

“Such a great experience every time I visit this location! Everyone is super nice and friendly. I’m always greeted as soon as I walk inside to pick up my mobile order. There’s never a wait on the inside, plus the drive thru is usually pretty quick even during rush hour. I order the same items each time, especially the Matcha Latte; my absolute fave!! “Staff here are very friendly and fast. 5 stars for the staff at this location. I always have excellent service and the donut selection has always been good. However, it is a very small building. The drive through line always wraps around and the lanes are very tight.“

It is near my family's favorite restaurant so when we eat at the restaurant we usually get gas here afterwards.They have the lowest prices around and you get an extra 10¢ per gallon discount if you use the loyalty card.The employees are very friendly and helpful and the food selection is great.“
