“I don't know what these other "bad" reviews are about but it sounds personal. Please keep in mind that a lot of fast food places are slower now due to short staffing. EVERY TIME I go to this location they treat me very well and ALWAYS have my order correct in a timely manner. If there's a long line someone stands outside and takes orders from the line (in the rain and all). The entire staff is professional and kind. I actually drive about 20min and pass 2 other Dunkins to go to this one because of their outstanding customer service. Soma and Thomas are awesome managers who also treat me very well everytime I see them! Shane on those that left a bad review just because their bagel didn't have enough butter or coffee had 4 sugars instead of 5. Get a life and make your own . I love love love this location and their outstanding customer service!“

“Went there after a horrible experience at one of the Lilburn locations. Was greeted & our order taken by the 2 most pleasant young ladies. They worked together & our food was prepared quickly & e we were out on the in no time. A little out of our way but we’ll definitely choose this one over the other 2 closer to us.“

“UPDATE: It has to be this location. I recently went back to this location and not only was my drink (hot coffee this time - midnight flavored) watered down, lacking any sweetener, but the cup was not full. I guess I will have to travel a little further away to get my order right.
It's expectant to have a slightly different experience each time you visit an establishment based on whether or not the same staff is there. But the difference in how an item is made should not. Whenever I order a latte, I either receive it with the works (the way it should be made - whipped cream, etc), and this is without asking, or I receive a plain drink stirred.“

“I didnt. I went there because the Google Maps says it haz a drive-through. But its not true, this is a kroger starbucks, in middle of store. I almost considered driving thru krogers windows drive pushing anything in the way and drive up to the starbucks tent. Im with bad back, hips, legs, knees, ankles and feet. So im goin home“

“Great drinks but hard to decipher what to get because the menu isn't that clear. Would be nice if brewista's made suggestions. Customer service is not bad but very inconsistent. You may get someone who is super friendly and helpful or someone who just shows up to do their job, nothing more, nothing less.“
