I received awesome customer service. My drink was made perfectly. It was overall a very pleasant experience!
We ordered ahead online, including two double chocolate donuts. It took forever for the man to answer when we pulled up. Told him it was an online order so we went around. A very gruffly and unapologetically said they're out of double chocolate donuts. That they have chocolate iced and chocolate sprinkles. I asked if they had blueberry, and he walked away. He came back with two blueberry donuts. I had not said I wanted two blueberry Donuts. And I told him that. He said two blueberry...read full review
Donuts are frozen and then thawed...nothing like 'fresh', but still decent.
