I ordered a bagel and a sausage & egg sandwich. The sandwich flavor was bland, and I asked for my bagel to be toasted- unfortunately, I got a cold, rubbery, bagel. It was subpar. To pay $8.99, I was expecting For my order to be correct & atleast taste good. The service was pretty fast, but I don’t think I’d eat here again. Staff here are very friendly and fast. 5 stars for the staff at this location. I always have excellent service and the donut selection has always been good. However, it is a very small building. The drive through line always wraps around and the lanes are very tight.

Extremely slow service as Dunkin’…. Even though the line for drive through is not really long. Also had a hard time talking to the staff on drive through; they couldn’t hear what I say when taking orders and had to repeat numerous times. But in contrast, the food was okay and the attendant Soma informed us the server was down earlier and was apologetic. I guess this happens because of staff shortages.
