Honestly sometimes the staff is hit and miss but the people who always take the orders through drive thru sound so miserable. Of course the leadership won’t do anything about it because they don’t care but this store needs a better franchise or leadership because how the hell did I have to pull up for ordering to Mcchickens and a drink when THERES NO ONE ELSE AT THE STORE

Every time I go here it is a 40-50 minute wait and this is after ordering on the mobile app in advance.
Smells horrible inside. I ordered through the app to pick up inside (this is at 8:29 am) and they tell me the inside is closed while I’ve been sitting there for 7 min or so.
