“First let me say that i have gone to many Starbucks over the years. I even have a brand new one a block away from my home. But i continue to come to this specific Starbucks located in the Kroger plaza just so Matthew can make my drinks. He’s always professional. Always pleasant. His customer service is top notch!! It’s like he’s sent from the Starbucks Gods ??????. Everyone else that works there doesn’t try to find out what the customer likes or even care if we like anything at all. Anytime I’m there the same service Matthew gives to me, he gives to all customers and that’s how it should be. I hope Starbucks corporation sees these reviews and really honor him.“
