“The customer service here is amazing. I was there for the Starbucks x Stanley collaboration drop and the team members were so kind and took great care of all the customers. Shout out to Hux and Sean, they should get a raise for their extra service making sure it was a comfortable and safe visit to the store while we waited for the doors to open to make our purchase. “I come here 2-3 mornings a week. Never had an issue. The drive thru moves pretty decent even when it's long, attendants are nice to me, my drink is always made the way I ask. Mine is pretty simple tho and doesn't come with a giant list of demands like some of these folk.“
“Arrived late at night after a movie. Did not feel rushed. Manager on duty and cashier were very friendly and nice. Restaurant was clean. No rush to get us out of the restaurant even though it was close to closing. Food was typical for McDonald’s, but it was also hot and fresh. Great job!“

And the description on the website is accurate; the moment I walked in I exclaimed "yesss!" In a soft voice to myself but was seen by one of the baristas and she kinda nodded her head in agreement. its almost as if she knew i had been searching and finally found good coffee. And the place itself is inviting. If walls could speak these would say "after you grab your coffee, come sit here!". But when i saw the Roasting area ... i knew this was 'the place'. So in short, yessss, if you're in Monroe and need to get caffeinated, this is the spot.“

“This has been my favorite donut place since they were across the street at the old location. Guys, if y’all want a good donut or breakfast sandwich, this is the “local” place to go! Honestly, no other place even comes close. I drive 30 minutes from a totally different city just to get my donut fix a couple times a month. I went today and saw that not only do they have all my favorite donuts and breakfast sandwiches, but they are now making Banh Mi Sandwiches! For those that aren’t familiar, these are your typical Vietnamese sandwiches and they are REALLY GOOD! Try one of these and you will never eat another sandwich from subway again. I used to drive an hour for one of these every week, now I only need to drive 30 minutes! Beyond this, they got Vietnamese and Thai ice coffee too. If you like Americanized iced coffee, you’ll love these even more! Let’s keep supporting this local family food spot and hopefully they can branch out to neighboring communities like Jefferson, Ga :)“
