I've come in a few times with my monthly Deaf chat. It's your basic Starbucks, but the staff has been great with our group and today they gave me my tea in a mug and cake on a plate, which helped reduce my use of plastic and single-user waste
I just went in to pick up a mobile order. I couldn’t read the name tag, but I think it said Kei? Anyway, barista working with Cara. It was SLAMMED AND Both of them worked together SO WELL! Communicated with eachother and with guests. I heard one customer say,”they said it would be a 20 minute wait at the register.” And not one guest was upset. Service is friendly & accurate, but slow.
Plenty of parking & seating. Both the bathrooms & sitting area are very clean but the place was quite empty at the time.
Lots of cars in the drive-up line. Not too backed up either.

Starbucks Coffee Company has good, knowledgeable and helpful staff who assist with orders, even when customers are confused. The server attendant at the windows was a SUPER NICE older gentleman, sweet to a dog named Harry, giving a pupcup and a Dragonfruit drink. The people working here are friendly and a lot of fun; the drive thru line was really long but moved quickly. Orders were received relatively quickly, and the person who took the order was nice. The surrounding was slightly dirty with stuff on the seats, tables, and floors. A staff member named Janna is always amazing, a voice enjoyed in the morning, going above and beyond to ensure the best experience and remembering orders by heart.
