Whataburger offers a menu of hot, fresh, and delicious food, focusing on customer service. The patty melt remains a tasty choice even without condiments, and the spicy chicken sandwich is a favorite, seasoned inside and moist, especially when dipped in jalapeño ranch. While the wait for food may be longer than expected, the staff has generally been friendly. However, recent feedback indicates some service issues, with reports of rudeness from certain employees and a lack of engagement. Customers have noted their orders have occasionally been altered, and communication with management has not always been positive. Despite these challenges, it's still recommended to ask for fresh fries, as they might come out cold. Overall, Whataburger remains a place where many enjoy tasty meals, but the recent service concerns have affected some customers' experiences.
The restaurant has received positive reviews, with one customer praising the exceptional service provided by Shawn, a pleasant and attentive cashier who always puts a smile on their face. Another customer enjoyed the delicious patty melt recommended by Menjhata, who was helpful and patient during their first visit. However, some customers have experienced slower service, with long waits for items like milkshakes.
