We had burgers, fries and rings delivered All the food was cold, tasteless, bagged incorrectly, and they left out our apple pies. We called the manager, Shaun, and he said we were welcomed to stop by whenever we are in the area to pick up our pies. We spent over $60 and got a big bag of CRAP. Never again from this household, Whataburger. This is not the first time it's been like this from your location. You do not care about quality service nor your customers.

The atmosphere is nice, I mean, the place is brand new. Anyways, I went through the drive thru last night between 915-930pm. 5 cars in front of me and a few ppl in line inside. It took foreverrrrrr to make it through. And when I got my food, it was all HOT n' ready! Burger was good, however the fries.... ??? ...these fries were the hottest STALE fries I had ever had. Fu king disgrace! How?! Y'all need to hire some taste testers (or just manage your inventory properly) because the fries I got made me never want to visit this establishment again.The place was busy yo...there's no reason stale old fries should be served and a BRAND NEW restaurant...smh ? go back to the mid west with that shh*

As excited as I’d like to be for the 2nd time I’ve been a little disappointed. While I understand this is a new establishment, but the person taking my orders inability to get some specifics correct is not a winner. Our orders come down to simple things that make a huge difference if we’ll be satisfied and happy with our orders. Things like mayo or No Mayo .. mayo with cheese and mayo with out cheese . May sound petty until you put Mayo on my wife’s burger and she has to throw it away or you put cheese on my burger and I can’t eat dairy . WHOEVER is taking the order LISTEN … stop rushing through to only screw all the meals up. Get the details of the 1st meal correct and then move on to the next . 25 Dollars wasted . ( the fries were good) .

Went through the drive thru for breakfast. Employee was rushing me even though I was the only car there. When I tried to pay the mobile pay wouldn’t work ON THEIR END and she didn’t try to use another machine she just stood there staring at me after giving me my phone back. Refused to help at all so I had to leave without my food. What a joke of an establishment
If I could give this zero stars I would. Food was old and did not look appetizing. The service was mediocre at best. I threw the food away - waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
