I went to the Starbucks in Kroger getting there at 8:20 and when I walked up to the register the cashier said “There are a lot of mobile orders ahead of you” which makes me believe she wants me to leave then proceeds to finish all the mobile orders up until 830 then finally takes my order after 10 minutes. Standing here waiting if you like customer service, don’t come to the Starbucks.

Starbucks, located in a Kroger store, may disappoint some customers due to the lack of a drive-through and a limited menu offering.
