I encountered a problem with the service of my meal during this trying Covid-19 event and all that comes with it, but ALL has been CORRECTED now.

The food was better than average, and better than usual. It was extra fresh today. Big Zack Snack and Kickin Chicken Sandwich Meals.
The manager at this location seems like she treats the employees so well. Everyone was friendly to each other and it really brightens up the atmosphere.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a great place with a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it a good place to hang out. Everything from Zaxby’s is good, with hot and fresh food. The fries are hot, fresh, and seasoned. However, the restaurant can be difficult to find, as it is not the easiest one to find. Some customers had a great experience with amazing service from nice and helpful staff, while another visit had no greeting by the manager and a drink machine that needed cleaning. Overall, it is a good place with consistent food.
