This 5 star review is my way of saying thanks for caring & I wish you only success in the future!
I encountered a problem with the service of my meal during this trying Covid-19 event and all that comes with it, but ALL has been CORRECTED now.
Every business can have a hiccup... it is how you make corrections that people will remember and decide to return or not.... Thanks to the owner of this location, Keith.... I will return and enjoy my chicken again.

Best zaxbys always!!!
My Zaxby’s experience was amazing! My family and I truly enjoyed our visit. Ms. Tamika was extremely hospitable, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Her excellent customer service made our experience even better!

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a great place with a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it a good place to hang out. Everything from Zaxby’s is good, with hot and fresh food. The fries are hot, fresh, and seasoned. However, the restaurant can be difficult to find, as it is not the easiest one to find. Some customers had a great experience with amazing service from nice and helpful staff, while another visit had no greeting by the manager and a drink machine that needed cleaning. Overall, it is a good place with consistent food.
