“I’m writing this review not for bystanders passing by, but for Chick-fil-A themselves to recognize what a great staff member they have. Nathan Hicks is his name. I never seen so much enthusiasm, even in the kindness of all Chick-fil-A employees I’ve encountered. He’s got the type of spirit that needs to be recognized, his kindness radiated before he even reached my window. Especially during the holiday season? My God, managers cherish him!“

“usually this location has alright if not rude customer service but today they had this young man named victor he was very nice asked us if we need extra stuff and our order was slightly messed up giving us coleslaw instead of fries but he offered to fix the issue before we could even point it out. Amazing experience today.“
“I was not aware this location was inside a gas station instead of a stand-alone restaurant. No waiting when I went. Fresh batch of tenders were dropped for me without asking. Took 10 minutes, but the hot chicken was worth it. Tenders are larger than most anywhere I've gotten them. They were no longer crispy as I couldn't eat there and had to drive home to eat. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.“

“This 5 star review is my way of saying thanks for caring & I wish you only success in the future! I encountered a problem with the service of my meal during this trying Covid-19 event and all that comes with it, but ALL has been CORRECTED now. Every business can have a hiccup... it is how you make corrections that people will remember and decide to return or not.... Thanks to the owner of this location, Keith.... John handled the drive thru with excellent customer service and lots of patience. He made my first time experience wonderful. Food was fresh and it was so good. I would recommend eating at this location .“
