“We went there for lunch during a conference, the store was clean and food was good but the service was not great only because they had employees walking out because they were not getting the customers orders correct which backups. “The food is good. That hasn't changed since I've been coming here over the last 15+ years. The service could use some improvements, but the biggest thing that bothers me is the numerous people outside the store asking for money. They will even come knock on your window when you're in drive-thru. What's even worse is it's usually 2-3 in the lot and each one will come asking.“
“This place was much cleaner than usual, a sign of new management. Then chicken appeared to be cooked to order as there was no product in the selection bins which is a good thing. The thigh was cooked a little long and not as juicy as what I expect at a Church's restaurant. I would think a breast would have been too dry for my compromised swallow as the primary reason I go to Church's is because it's never dry. The leg was missing some breading so a patch of meat was hard and dry. I've been eating at Church's since the 1970s and this is the first time I have ever seen this. Hopefully, it's part of the new crew getting acclimated. I was surprised they don't allow on-line ordering or carry the Texas 2 piece special every day, 2 pieces of chicken with a Jalapeño and Biscuit. It's reminiscent of the old dinner pack that also included cole claw. It's been $2.99 for a while but recently went up $.50 to $3.49 which is still a good deal for a quick snack. I'll be back to see how they're doing, for sure.“
“Jada was our server. She was great. The food was amazing. You got to try the fried shrimp and lemon pepper wings. Drinks mixed to perfection! Definitely a repeat visit!!! I was skeptical because of the reviews but I came on this Sunday afternoon around 6pm and everything was good. After talking to the server I discovered they are under new management so maybe that why the previous reviews were bad. But I have nothing bad to say. I will be back. Thank you! God Bless.“
