The little girl working drive thru is rude for no reason to be working in customer service. I yes ma'am and no ma'am her and she still had a bad attitude then slung my food at me. I wish management fired people like this instead of keeping them. I can't wait for A.I. to take all these jobs so good customer service can come back
Customer service needs to be improved at this location. The young lady taking my order was impatient, and rude. I was confused by her rudeness as 1 was the only car in the drive thru, and I could only see 1 other customer in the establishment. This is the second time I've had a terrible experience at this KFC, and it's honestly ridiculous. They took my order like everything was fine, only to tell me afterward that it would be a 40-minute wait for chicken. How does a chicken restaurant not have chicken ready? If the wait was going to be that long, they should have told me before asking for my order so I could have gone somewhere else.
