I dont usually make reviews but I have to say the guy that was bringing the orders outside I think he said his name was Janario. He is probably the nicest person i have encountered at this location. They got my order wrong and he was able to make sure I got the correct items.
Thought I’d write review while I wait
The line was long, but they got the job done. The food was fresh. The fries could have been hotter and fresher, but overall, they did a good job. The lady at the second window had poor customer service. I said hello, she said nothing. I said thank you, she said nothing… 🤷🏽♀

McDonald's is a clean and welcoming restaurant with good customer service. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and spacious. Although some customers have experienced issues with supply shortages and long lines, the staff attempts to correct the problem. The food is not always fresh, but the restaurant is open during the holidays.
The morning shift is pleasant, but some staff members may be inexperienced. The Steak, Egg and Cheese bagel is very fresh, but the order-taking staff sometimes struggles to multitask. Customers have reported issues with cold fries, flat and tasteless quarter-pounders, and incorrect coffee orders. The staff could benefit from improved customer service training.
