I can’t go anywhere without somebody having a nasty attitude. It 11:21 i order my food from the drive thru. One of the employees who was taking my order never ask if i wanted any kind of sauce. so i just ask for it when drive up to the second window. After i get my food from the second window i kindly ask for my sauces from this one employee lady who had a foreign African accent. at first she acted like she couldn’t hear me when Im literally right in front of her face and had to shout to her a second time. She goes back and comes back with the sauces. After she gave them to me she had the nerve to stop me to tell me in a RUDE attitude THAT THE LADY AT SPEAKER ASK IF I WANTED SAUCE. again she never asked. After she said THAT she closed the window shut and tell me to leave giving me the nasty look. Im looking confused as if i said something to offend her LMFAO. I GET THAT ITS OPEN for 24 hours AND THE NIGHT SHIFT ISN'T OVER FOR THEM YET BUT AT LEAST TRY TO GET YOUR EMPLOYEE TO HAVE RESPECT OR ‼️‼️HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES‼️‼️THEY NEED TO HAVE RESPECT FOR THEMSELVES. IT NOT THE FIRST TIME WE ALL HAD BAD EXPERIENCES HERE. THE SAME RUDE EMPLOYEE WITH THE ACCENT WOULDN’T LET MY BRO USE THE RESTROOM YELLING at HIM TO LEAVE. AS IF HE WAS HOMELESS OR LESS THEN HUMAN. I WAS TOLD THE MANAGER IS AWARE OF HER ACTIONS BUT STILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. MOST OF THE TIME THEY ARE PLAYING AND LAUGHING BACK IGNORING CUSTOMERS WAITING AT DRIVE THRU OR AT THE FRONT INSIDE. IF U DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB THEN WHY DID U SIGN UP FOR THIS. WE SHOULDN’T HAVE TO EXPERIENCE RUDENESS OVER LITTLE THINGS WHEN YOUR JUST TRYING TO GET A BITE TO EAT

I ordered a double Big Mac without a bun, and the lady taking my order acted like she didn't know what I meant. When I received my order, the burger was on a bun, and it was a single big Mac, not a double, which was what I ordered. Burger was dry, and the lettuce was not fresh.

24 Hours Where?! Currently here in drive-thru at 3:20am along with several other cars. Nobody spoke. Drove to the window & several ppl going about their business with no acknowledgement. Get ppl that WANT To work!!

So first off it was my first time at this McDonald's and I just grabed 2 items for my kids. I did a mobile order for drive-thru but it was wrapped around the building. So I changed my mind and decided to go inside where I stood for 20 minutes, over 15 works in the back some standing around some walking around, at least eight people in line and not one of us was greeted or helped for over 5 minutes.There were some employees that were scratching their nose, fixing their shoes, fixing their clothes, scratching their head and NONE OF THEM WASH THEIR HANDS AFTERWARDS and went straight to bagging the food! This was witnessed by multiple customers that brought it to the managers attention. The lobby looked unsafe with many homeless people hanging out and people playing chess and checkers in the dining room. And to top it all off they forgot the pickles on my daughter's burger.I am highly disappointed and disgusted by the way this franchise is managed!!
