Worst location. I came up and said hello and it was like 4 people behind the counter and they just blankly stared at me. Very awkward. This was on December 2nd around 1 PM. All these people on the clock and they’re just standing there it feels like. To make it worse, they’re out of all the teas and other certain drinks. I’m not sure if they just don’t feel like making it or what. They also close earlier than the time posted by the way, I came in one time before and they closed almost an hour before the closing time on the hours posted. I wouldn’t recommend stopping by this location.

So disappointed... I walked up to the counter at 7:30pm (30 minutes before their posted closing time). Just to be told they start shutting down at 7:45pm. I asked them what time do they actually close because it was still 15 minutes till 7:45pm. They said in the future come before 7pm.All I wanted was a frappachino ? what is the point of having a time listed if you're gonna just close before ???? And a whopping half an hour at that.They should just change the posted time if that's how they're going to run the store. I could understand if this was a busy fine dining restaurant, it's not even a real Starbucks... it's inside of a Kroger.

If you suppose to open at 6:00am. Why are you opening at 8:00am and dragging like you early. I'm waiting for 10 minutes until she set up the area. Here comes her supervisor that gets a drink before me.I work for the school system. I know my middle school students can do a better job. And can teach you guy's a few things.please get it together....

Gave me a cup of hot coffee with the lid not fully on. Proceeded to pour it on myself. Before you get tell me I should’ve checked before drinking, ask yourself who gives someone a drink with the lid on but not secured?

Drive the extra mile to the next location! This Starbucks in Kroger is not up to par. If you are after your favorite Starbucks drink, avoid. Drinks are never made correctly and they never have all the ingredients. The sign that lists what they don’t have is placed where you can see it as you’re leaving out the grocery store. By then you’ve parked in the crowded Kroger lot, went in and had to find out at the counter. Spare yourself the time and money and go to any other location. This is the closest one to me but after three separate attempts, this location is not even an option anymore.

This location is the worst. Niya needs to be retrained in making Starbucks drinks or fired. Maybe this is just not the job for her. Every time I order she acts like she can’t make it and looks at me like I’m crazy. I ordered a drink with extra caramel. I basically got a cup of caramel and I think she did it on purpose.
